Latte Art Course for Two (Important note: the $299 fee you pay is already for 2 people. Please just select 1 participant option below) Perfect for you and a friend, this course offers a fantastic opportunity to master Latte Art together. During the session, you'll learn how to: - Steam milk to a perfect silky texture - Use proper cup and jug holding techniques - Create symmetrical, contrasting, and intricate patterns **Prerequisites:** Basic skills in espresso preparation and milk steaming are required. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy Thanks for booking with us! Here's everything you need to know — in plain English. 1. Booking Full payment secures your spot. You'll get a confirmation email with all the details once we receive payment. Minimum age is 16. Under 18s need written consent from a parent or guardian. All prices are AUD and include GST. 2. Rescheduling Life happens — just email us at info@australiabaristatraining to move your date. More than 48 hours' notice: free. Less than 48 hours: $50 reschedule fee. Each booking can be rescheduled once. If you can't make the new date, the booking can't be refunded — but you can send someone else in your place. No-shows are treated as a last-minute cancellation (non-refundable). 3. Cancellations More than 48 hours before: refund minus a $30 admin fee. Less than 48 hours: no refund, but you can send someone else (16+) — just let us know by email at least 12 hours before. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. 4. If we have to cancel Occasionally we may need to reschedule due to low numbers, trainer illness, or events outside our control. If that happens, we'll offer you a free transfer to another date or a full refund — your choice. 5. Late arrivals Courses start on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join, and it'll be treated as a no-show. Best to leave early! 6. Special circumstances Got something serious going on — illness, family emergency? Get in touch as soon as you can. We handle these case-by-case and may ask for supporting documentation (like a medical certificate). 7. Your consumer rights Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
