He'll analyse up to 5 of your submitted videos and provide you with his tailored feedback and improvement tips through engaging tutorials and POV videos. And guess what? You’ll also get access to a library of pre-recorded training materials to help you enhance your skills. This training program is perfect for everyone, from baristas to home-baristas and coffee professionals. 1- How it works: You record up to 5 videos (uncut) of your full coffee making process for a maximum of 3 different patterns, from preparing coffee shot to steaming and pouring. Upload them to Google Drive and send us the link to review. Once receive the link and payment, Vincent will create a feedback video to explain every mistakes you have, and also record some POV videos on how to fix those mistakes. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Reschedule & Cancellation Policy Thanks for booking with us! Here's everything you need to know — in plain English. 1. Booking Full payment secures your spot. You'll get a confirmation email with all the details once we receive payment. Minimum age is 16. Under 18s need written consent from a parent or guardian. All prices are AUD and include GST. 2. Rescheduling Life happens — just email us at info@australiabaristatraining to move your date. More than 48 hours' notice: free. Less than 48 hours: $50 reschedule fee. Each booking can be rescheduled once. If you can't make the new date, the booking can't be refunded — but you can send someone else in your place. No-shows are treated as a last-minute cancellation (non-refundable). 3. Cancellations More than 48 hours before: refund minus a $30 admin fee. Less than 48 hours: no refund, but you can send someone else (16+) — just let us know by email at least 12 hours before. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. 4. If we have to cancel Occasionally we may need to reschedule due to low numbers, trainer illness, or events outside our control. If that happens, we'll offer you a free transfer to another date or a full refund — your choice. 5. Late arrivals Courses start on time. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may not be able to join, and it'll be treated as a no-show. Best to leave early! 6. Special circumstances Got something serious going on — illness, family emergency? Get in touch as soon as you can. We handle these case-by-case and may ask for supporting documentation (like a medical certificate). 7. Your consumer rights Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
